Smoky effect: For a more intense and dramatic look, also apply the pencil to the lower lash line. Use a blending brush or your finger to gently soften the line, creating an elegant and easy smoky effect. Setting: Wait a few seconds to allow the pencil to set completely. Thanks to its waterproof formula, it will remain impeccable all day long, even in humid conditions or with tears.
